Dedicated to our late beloved Grandma..

Dear Friends & Families,

It was sad to write this that my beloved grandmother had passed away a few weeks ago. It is hard to accept that she is no more with us to talk, to listen, or to argue with but she will always be in heart to be remembered and respect as a Mother, Mother in law, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma. She has been sick for quite some time before her life at earth ends. I still can recalled the moment where I carry my grandmother up to the room to sleep. That was first and lastime that I carry her and will never be any chance for me to do it again.

All and each everyone in the family will be missing her because we used to call her when we come back and going back to our respected homes. We will call out loud.. “Ah Poh!” or “Ah Poh! Hau Mau!”, not to mention that is she that brought all our families members located at different states to come back once a while to meet up. Now she is gone.. I don’t think there is anymore family gathering. All of them is busy with their life and family. Last time when grandma was here they have to come back and pay respect to the elder. My dad always said that I can be hard as a rock when my grandma was ill that time but I tell him that I’m no doctor and no healer but I’m her grandson that hope that she will get well. I didn’t shed a tears during her weakest period but when she left us the time.. and I was praying my last respect to her I can’t control myself and start cry out. I can’t stop the tears rolls down my eyes but I prayed that I have the will power to hold back my tears so that everyone around me will be smiling but not shedding tears.

My grandmother left us at the age of 91. She lived long to see the world changing. I’m glad that she had lived up to see her legacy or her younger generations grew up. As for me I’ve been living with her by the age of seven. No one know more how my family and I knew our grandmother. Now she is at peace in a urn placed at Nilai Memorial Park. My first and last to carry her to the room to rest and the first and last to carry her ashes in the urn to her resting place. May God Bless and Peace be with her. I hope that EVERY SONS, DAUGHTERS, COUSINS and NEPHEWS ANYTIME OF THEN PLEASE PAY A RESPECT TO GRANDMA IS NOT DIFFICULT FOR US TO NOD OUR HEAD. LASTLY, FILIAL PIETY IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! IF WITHOUT YOUR ANCESTORS AND PARENTS THERE WILL NOT BE YOU HERE READING WHAT I’M WRITING HERE. LOVE AND CARE THEM WITH YOUR HEART NOT MATERIAL OR MONEY.

Visit The Past to Know The Future…

Today I was quite free during my lunch hour at my office and I browse my company’s Intranet. I read once the blog and get my head moving and turning to boost me to write more in my blog. Today I went and check out my CEO’s blog that has posted on the Intranet. It has a catchy phrase “Visit the past to know the future”. I hope I didn’t type it wrong.

When I looked on the catchy phrase it just like a lightning bolt jolt into my brain and many things just came out nowhere. Like what he said let’s not get to philosophical about it. We as human being always looking upfront and so do our futures lying ahead of us but do we ever think about pause awhile and take a look back to our past? I’m working in a financial industry and the current economic does give every investors a big scare. The world financial economy took a huge slide from the top. US economy takes the biggest impact due to the credit crunch. The world economy is been affected by the US economy slump and we’re glad our country is still not been affected to so much yet.. Our minister said that our current financial is stable. As for what I see is better to prepare for the worst if not we’ll be hit hard like the past Asia Financial Crisis. As we see know is a domino effects and soon it will be us next.

The US is a developed country and our country is still in the developing stage there is different between to status. Not just how good is the economy or technology but the way of spending trend. Most developed country spending is quite high compare to developing country like us. Singapore and Hong Kong to name a few countries that hit hard by this financial crisis/storm. Many employees got retrenched from their employer due to the world market slowdown. No one wants to spend anymore but rather to keep, wait and see. By doing this we can save ourselves from the crisis but do we ever think about when there is no more buying power the price will fall drastically? We need to balance up the buying power and selling power to get the economy to move again. If we’re not doing anything the market will just staggering at the level or worst fall to a point that we all will lost.

We’re lucky because we’ve survive two time financial crisis in the Asia and I hope this time we can survive. Many countries government are doing their best to keep all the banks or financial institution afloat to maintain OUR!!! Confidence in the market right now so we must take some action by not spreading rumors or accusation of one another. The US government has been injecting billions and millions of US dollar to many financial institutions such as Citigroup. As what that they said the US government afraid if Citigroup don’t survive this crisis many people will lose confidence.

My Characteristic?

        Is not me that I don’t want to write something on my blog is just sometime when I want to write but I don’t have the enough stuff to completly finish the whole page. The past few months I’ve been thinking what type of character I am in my life. Maybe due to my family love me too much that made me have this characteristic. I really look up to one people and guess what. He is one of Emperor in the Chinese Dyanasty. The Emperor that I’m mentioning is Qin Dynasty’s Emperor or the FIRST Emperor known.

        Everyone thinks that he is a cruel and ruthless Emperor. There are different peoples that thinks the other way around. Without him there is no unification. He brought many things to world during his reign as the Emperor. He is different with other Emperor that we known. He rule his country by fear. Any enemies that listen to his armies marching in or preparing to battle the enemies will start shivering down their spine. Beside him there is a skillful adviser that I should mention here is Li Si. The Qin Emperor is the FIRST Emperor in the Chinese Dyansty and under his rule, The Emperor get  everything centralised whether in goverment, education, country and coinage. The Emperor want to unify only one language to be used in all the states that he conquered by killing a lot of scholar from Confucian and burnt books. He knew that by doing this there will be riots so he ordered that all weapons should be kept in the capital. He even conquered and unify SIX states under his command. He ordered to break down the walls that seperate the six states and ordered them to build the Great Wall. I heard is currently The Great Wall of China but it was perfected during Ming Dynasty.

            The Great Wall is to prevent enemies from the North to attack and the Emperor was so clever he even ordered that all male that from the age of 17 – 60 years old at least serve the army once. Before his time, when a King pass away all his soldiers and horses and etc should buried with him alive. The Emperor knew that this a cruel way to threat people so he ordered that no life so should scarifice in this face just to accompany the King in the afterlife. He ordered to make Terracotta Warriors to accompany him when any of the Emperor’s relatives passed away. The Terracotta Warriors are made by clay looks like human, horse and even chariots. It was said a lavish tomb with a big numbers of Terracotta Warriors are buried and it might be the Emperor tomb. When the Emperor has conquered everything and he want to live longer to see his Empire so he ordered to find a medicine that enable him to live eternity. It was said the Emperor took too much of medicine that contains mercury that lead him to his death.
