On July 28th, TVB simultaneously broadcast it’s latest drama series, 之家好月圆 Moonlight Resonance at Hong Kong and Malaysia Astro On Demand. This movie get a lot of hits during the first episode and as for today, 30th July 2008 will be third episode. ‘Moonlight Resonance’ First Episode Peaks At 34 Points. Everyone is rushing back home get clean up and take their dinner. Waiting infront their TV set. When the clock strike 9.30pm everyone will switch to the channel and follow up the series.
Last night, the broadcast of the first episode received 33 points, peaking at 34 points, approximately 214,000 viewers tuned in. This beats last year’s “Heart of Greed” first episode rating of 28 points. While “Moonlight Resonances” is airing, ATV is also airing their series “Healing Souls” which was affected by a 1 point drop. Audiences’ evaluation of “Moonlight” has been great, saying that Lee Si Kei and Michelle Yim’s characters were portrayed well, Fala Chen was photogenic; Netizen say that the relationship issues were too chaotic, and some questioned why in the year 1995, there was the existence of Laan GAG. Before this, the highest first episode rating for TVB series was “Forensic Heroes II” which reached 34 points and “D.I.E” with 33 points.
